We have an opportunity for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join us in our extremely busy venue. This is a high end, hands on role. You will be ordering stock, conference selling and organising, rostering, handling budgets, overseeing staff, training and hiring new employee's.
You will be actively involved in service and overseeing all operational aspects of the business. You will handle your own roster however please be aware that is is essential that you are there when the restaurant is at it's busiest.
